Martin Vernon Mitchell

Martin Vernon Mitchell October 22, 1955-April 29, 2011 Our beloved father, grandfather and friend returned home to his Heavenly Father on April 29, 2011. He was born on October 22, 1955 in Provo, Utah to Vernon & Helen Mitchell. He grew up in Orem, and later served an LDS mission in the South Dakota Rapid City Mission in 1975. He married Holly Abraham in the Manti LDS Temple and was later divorced. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by Holly Mitchell, divorced; six children, Abe(Melissa), Andy(Natalie), Ashley(James) George, Adam(Whitney), AJ(Megan) and Aaron; nine grandchildren, Riley, Casey, Brookelyn, Jenna, Hannah, Cadie, Kelsie, Kellayn and Lilly; brother Mike(Natalie) Mitchell and sister Monica(Allen)Henningson. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Orem City Cemetery. Viewings will take place prior to the service on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at Walker Sanderson Mortuary located at 646 East 800 North in Orem.
