Mr. Orlando Ricardo Brown

Orlando Ricardo Brown Orlando Brown, age 31, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Christiana Hospital. Orlando was born in Jamaica and attended school both in Jamaica and in the United States. He worked in the retail industry and was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church. Orlando had a vivacious personality, was talented in the arts and was a friend to many. Orlando is survived by his father, Edwin Brown of Wilmington, DE, his mother, Vinece Ford of Queens, NY, a sister, Marsha of Jamaica and three brothers; Ruel and Mikheil of Queens, NY and Kevin of Philadelphia, PA. A viewing will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803. Interment will follow the viewing at the Silverbrook Cemetery, Wilmington, DE. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church, 900 North Washington Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Memorial contributions in Orlando's memory may be made to the Christina Cultural Arts Center, 705 N. Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
