It hasn't been one of the best years, but we got through it and are looking forward to next year. Yet, it would have been sooooo much better if you were here. Miss you Millie.

Ma, you left us four years ago today. Truly a legend has gone from our lives. You blessed all of us with your love with every single breath you took until your last. You never ever thought of yourself. Giving was your purpose in life. Your love and understanding was overwhelming. Even in memory we feel your warmth and love today. You will always be loved and missed so very much all the rest of our years. Miss you...

Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed, and very dear. Millie, I like this little saying. It is how I have felt over the holidays. I had a nice holiday with your son, but it would have been so much better to know you were near. Love you, miss you.

Merry Christmas to my wonderful mother-in-law. I think of you all the time. I miss talking to you. I miss buying you gifts at Christmas and all through the year. You were always so pleased with what I bought. But I'm hoping God has given you everythin

It's a few days away from your first anniversary and I'm only finding out you're gone today. I wish the last few years had been different and I could've come to see you. I met you when I was 16 and one of my first memories of you is showing you my 'new' car - a very old run down beat up Chevette. You came over to the window and surprised me by throwing a bunch of change on the floor and telling me it was good luck! I'll never forget your exclaiming my name when you would first see me. It always made me laugh. You were always so sweet and kind to me and later on my husband and daughters. Thank you for being there and loving my grandfather for 30 years. He never got over the death of my grandmother and I'm not sure what would have happened to him if he hadn't had you in his life. He loved you very much. I'm picturing you finding each other now to say hello and have a good laugh - all the while surrounded by the many family and friends that you have loved and missed all this time. xo

Thinking of you at Christmas Millie. I always had so much fun shopping for things that I just knew you would enjoy and would bring a smile to your face. And then you'd bring a smile to my face when you couldn't wait 'til Christmas to open the package and you'd call to tell me how much you liked it. You were so thoughtful in so many ways. The world was a better place with you in it Millie. Love and miss you, daughter-in-law Rose.

Dear John and Janice,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the death of your mother. I remember the old days at the Orient Heights Projects when your family lived down the hall from mine and our parents were close friends. I have fond memories of my childhood at 21 Vallar Rd, and your mother was a big part of that. May she rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Cacicio family. I remember Gram from so many events during high school and most of my adult life. She was always funny and full of wisdom. She became like a 2nd grandmother to me when I lost my Nana. RIP, Gram.
