Ben Stern was the father of superstar radio and television host Howard Stern. He was a recording engineer who sometimes contributed to the Howard Stern radio show and some of his other projects. Howard Stern would often quote his father’s advice to him in a humorous way on his radio show. He also made appearances on “America’s Got Talent,” when Howard Stern was one of the hosts.
