by Legacy Staff

At least 13 U.S. troops and 90 Afghans were killed after a suicide bomb attack Thursday at the Kabul airport.

The bomb went off close to crowds of people trying to get into the airport for evacuation flights as the United States is pulling out of Afghanistan. The flights have resumed today.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack.

President Biden issued a proclamation that flags will be at half-staff to honor victims of the attack through Monday, August 31, 2021.

We invite you to share condolences for the victims of the Kabul airport attack in our guest book.
