He revealed in August, 2021, that he was diagnosed with a rare cancer called sarcoma after having severe pain in his right arm. He posted an emotional goodbye video on his YouTube channel titled “so long nerds,” with a message that was read by his father. His father said Technoblade wrote the script from his bed and died about 8 hours after, according to The Verge.
