Gloria McMillan was best known for starring as high school student Harriet Conklin opposite Eve Arden in the radio, TV sitcom, and film versions of “Our Miss Brooks.” She played the part on the classic sitcom on radio from 1948-1957, on television from 1952 until 1956 and in the 1956 film version. She acted sporadically after “Our Miss Brooks,” last appearing on the sitcom “Perfect Strangers.” She opened and ran a drama school in California.
