Jacksonville, Florida Shooting (2023) 

Three people were killed in a shooting at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida, on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Authorities have reported they are investigating the shooting as anti-Black hate crime.

Here are the names of those who died:

Angela Michelle Carr, 52. She was an Uber driver who had just dropped a friend off at the Dollar General.

Jerrald De’Shaun Gallion, 29. He was a restaurant manager and a customer at the store.

Anolt Joseph “AJ” Laguerre Jr., 19. He was an employee of the Dollar General.
