Jak Knight (1993–2022), comedian and “Big Mouth” star

Jak Knight was a comedian and actor known for his voice role on the Netflix animated series “Big Mouth.”

Comedy career

Beginning in 2017, Knight was a writer and producer on “Big Mouth,” as well as voicing characters including DeVon. He began attracting notice, featured on Netflix’s “The Comedy Lineup” in 2018 and named one of 10 “L.A. comedians to watch in 2018” by TimeOut. In 2019, he began writing for the hit sitcom “Black-ish,” in addition to writing for series including “Lucas Bros Moving Co” and “Pause with Sam Jay.” Most recently, Knight co-created and starred in the Peacock series “Bust Down.”
