Wings Over Dallas Air Show Crash (2022)

Six people were killed in an air crash at the Wings Over Dallas air show on Saturday at Dallas Executive Airport.

Two vintage warplanes collided in midair at the air show. Those who died were all pilots and flight crew of the two planes. Their names are:

Terry Barker, 67. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a pilot for American Airlines for 36 years before his retirement.

Craig Hutain, 63. He was a pilot for United Airlines.

Kevin Michels, 42, of Austin.

Dan Ragan, 88. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Len Root, 66. He was a longtime light director and flight management system program controller for American Airlines.

Curt Rowe, 64. He was a major in the Ohio Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, where he served for more than 30 years.
