Katlynn Marie Jones

Memorial service for Ms. Katlynn Marie Jones, 24, of Jacksonville, will be held privately. A celebration of life party will be held at a later date. Ms. Jones passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard Flor, Wayne, and Evelyn Almond. She leaves behind her son, Mason Jones who was the love of her life, her parents, Michael Jones and Crystal Hanford (Mike); aunt, Tina Hostetter (Randy); uncle, Mike Almond (Jeannie); her grandmother, Sue Flor; sister, Cassandra McGill (Art); stepsisters, Gracie Hanford (Cory) and Otera Hanford; brother, Dakota Jones (Jackie); stepbrother, Jason Hanford; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Katlynn graduated from Alexandria High School in 2015. She attended Cosmetology school and loved making others feel beautiful when doing their hair and makeup. Katlynn was full of life, she was always the life of the party, and never met a stranger. She loved to dance, hunt, sing, and ride four wheelers. She loved spending time with her son Mason, who was the spotlight of her world. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend and will be missed and forever be remembered.
