Dennis,
I didn't want your guest book to run out of time without letting you know that you were a great friend. I certainly would have traded places with you if they would have taken me, but apparently they didn't want me. You are a good man Chappy. I hope we can get together again someday, somewhere. If not in this life, maybe in the next.
Take good care of yourself and watch over your family.
Love,
Michael "Two Dogs" Malone

Well Chappy, I missed your birthday back on the 2nd, but I won't miss sending you a early Christmas greeting. I'm sure there will be some celebrating going on there during the big day. Things sure aren't the same back here on earth without your quick wit and friendship. Even hunting this fall wasn't what it used to be without you being there. I will give you fishing up-date just as soon as I get back out onto the lake. We did have some good times out there didn't we. I hope you are doing much better now, than what you went through the past year or so of your life. Come on back and see me sometime, maybe you already have. Feel free to do so anytime.
I miss you Chappy.
Your friend,
Two Dogs

Lauralie & Family,
It was great to have known Dennis "Chappy" for the past twenty years. It is with great sadness that we find the right words to say about a good friend after he is gone. Our sincerest sympathy goes out to his wonderful wife Lauralie, as well as to his children and grand children. In all of the times that were spent with Chappy, we never heard him complain about a given situation or talk bad about anyone. He had a gift of always having a fun time, no matter the situation. It would be hard to find another person with such a quick wit. Whether hunting, camping, fishing, stopping by the local watering hole or just simply stopping by to say hello, Dennis was always fun to be around and certainly left us with a good feeling inside. I know he loved his entire family and spoke of them quite often. Dennis felt right at home, whether it was on the computer, spending time in the great outdoors or just being with his family or friends. He will be truly missed. Hopefully, at least some of Chappy can be left up in his beloved Elk country of Arizona, just as he wished. Chappy, you were a good friend and a good man. We hope to see you again someday.

We pray that Buddy (as our family always called him) is now at peace and that our family can heal from his passing. Please send prayers to my mom, Norma, and his daughters for their loss as well. I am glad that my parents got to visit him one last time 2 months before Dad died...they said it was the best time ever, and were happy to see him doing well. He is gone, but not forgotten. If you have any stories to share, we would love to hear them.
