Wendy Ellen Toups

1958 - 2019 Wendy Ellen Toups passed away on Sunday January 13, 2019. Wendy was born in Beaumont on November 27, 1958 to Margaret "Peggy" Toups and George A. Toups, Jr. Wendy was a graduate of Forest Park High School and Lamar University. She was a talented artist, photographer and friend to many throughout her life. Without question, the joy of her life was her two sons - Christopher Lee Nolan and Charles Michael Bradford. Wendy spent as much time as possible with her beloved sons. Wendy also had love and compassion for animals especially those in need of a home. She loved the beach and the lake and spending time at those wonderful places with friends and family. There was rarely a Dallas Cowboys game missed by Wendy, especially in the presence of her beloved sons. Wendy was preceded in death by her mother Margaret "Peggy" Toups. She is survived by her sons Christopher Lee Nolan of Beaumont and Charles Michael Bradford of Brookeland, Texas, father George A. Toups, Jr. and his wife, Iva, of Nederland, brother Mitchell Toups and his wife, Tonya, of Beaumont, brother George Andrew Toups III of Houston, sister Suzanne Toups of Beaumont, Sister Janet Toups of Brooklyn, NY, brother Steven Toups and his wife, Dette, of Beaumont, grandson Hunter Bradford of Beaumont and numerous nieces and nephews. A private family gathering in her honor was held prior to services under the direction of Broussard's Crematorium. Wendy has requested that he ashes be spread at the beach and the lake ,the places she loved the most  in her life. The family would like to thank the dedicated medical professionals at Harbor Hospice for their care and compassion along with the professionals at Broussard's Mortuary.
