Wayne A. Toups

Wayne A. Toups, a lifelong resident of Marrero, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the age of 78. Beloved and loving husband of Beryl G. Toups for 48 wonderful years. Son of the late Joseph Toups and Helen Toups. Loving and devoted father of Kim M. Toups. He will be sadly missed by his grand puppy, Reesie Noel Toups. Wayne is the brother of Darlene Boudreaux (Chris) and Kirk Toups. He is the Brother-in-Law of Alfred Gaudet (Kathleen) and Dean Gaudet. He is the uncle of Chris Boudreaux (Tanya), Darren Toups (Meka), Kyle Toups and the late Christy Boudreaux and Charles Boudreaux. He is also survived by his Aunt and Uncle, Shirley and Louis Dufrene. Wayne served in Vietnam while enlisted in the United States Army. He worked for Billiot Pest Control and South Port, Inc. Wayne enjoyed going to the casinos and watching football and baseball on tv. He also loved spending time with his family. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Thursday, March 19, 2026, beginning at 8:30AM until 10AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10AM followed by a Graveside Service at 12PM at St. Joseph Cemetery, 949 Menard Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana.
