Miss Capel was my mom's first grade teacher, and she was my first grade teacher, too. We both have such fond memories of her as a caring, wonderful teacher. She truly enriched many, many students lives. God bless her!

Miss Capel had lots of families, every student she had was family. I was a member of her 1962-63 class. First grade is a hard grade to teach and she helped every child learn their vowels and more. I will always remember my first grade year at Mullen School.

Eleanor was a dear and close friend of my late mother, Margaret Walsh. I recall the many times she would meet for lunch with my mother and Rebecca Jackson. She was dedicated teacher and has left an impression on all who knew her.
