May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.
I met Mary when I was 16, in Old Town, Through friends in 1977. 40 years. We have been thru a lot together. As a roommate lost donuts, a fire. Mary had a unconditional love for all her friends, but, mostly me. Mary taught me quality, not quantity. She gave all she could. And more. She was a part of my family, my mom and dad, and my brothers treated her like she was. She was my big sister. Even my younger sister thought so. Even when we went out dancing and listen to music every one thought, Mary was my sister, we were always together.
There is no one like her nor, will there ever be.
I know shes in heaven, because we all know she had a line, to Heaven.
I can go on, and on, but, I won't. I have only fond memories. I will truly miss her, and all the unconditional love she gave me.

I met Mary in 1972 at Henrotin Hospital. We became fast friends and became roomates for about a year. We found each other again when she started working at Childrens Memorial Hospital. I will always remember her great sense of humor. Rest in peace dear friend.
