I will always remember Nancy as a very good friend of mine. She was in my High School class of 1971. She was also my friend on Fb, and we would chat on Fb about once a year. I will always remember Nancy as a very good friend of mine. May the Heggemeier and Van Pelt families always remember her until they see her again!!! ?

My thoughts and prayers are with the Van Pelts and Heggemeiers during this difficult time. We reconnected when Allison brought her cat to my clinic. We had time to share our life experiences since high school. She was happy and proud of her family. We will miss her.

With much love, intention, caring and devotion, and regularly for more than a decade in an era before it was an “in” thing to do, Nancy Heggemeier opened me, and many others, to the world of yoga, chant and meditation...to pausing long enough to be infused by the beauty of the present moment...to the powerful and much needed practice of lovingkindness...and more. Thank you, dear teacher and friend. Blessings to you always, and to your dear family who you loved. You will be missed but not forgotten.
