My prayers are with you in this time of tears. I didn't know Alan but I went to high school with Howie. I just lost my little brother on Sept. 15 and can trully feel your sorrow. May God Bless everyone.

I have not seen Alan since high school but the shocking news of his passing has really affected me. I'll always remember his quiet strength and hope that his family can remember all of the incredible qualities that made him such a respected, well liked person. My most sincere and deepest sympathies to his family - my prayers are with you.

My deepest condolences to Alan's family and friends - of which there are surely many. I had not seen Al since high school, and it is with shock that I heard about his passing through a mutual friend.
