I Still have many fond memories of Gary and his friendship. My husband passed away in 2012 before Gary. They both loved the horses and I am content that they are now on the backstretch in Heaven together. God bless them both.

I'd like to say "Gary Zurinskas". I teased him about changing to Zarr. But it rhymed with "star" and that's what he was. Aunt Irene and uncle Ed were very proud of him and saw all his plays, and even with Grandma Stella. She was so proud too and I know she, Ed, and your parents well be so happy to be with you again. Goodbye Gary.

Gary was an extraordinary person.........intelligent, talented, compassionate, and a great friend to all who were lucky enough to have crossed his path! He lit up a room just by walking into it. His love and devotion to his horses, cats, and all furry four-legged creatures was a window into his soul. The world is a darker place without him. Rest in peace, dearest Gary.

Gary was always a bright light and a happy face to see at Gibby's Diner in Quaker Street, NY. My family and I have gone to Gibby's for years, it was always a highlight of my day to see Gary there. I will miss his enthusiasm and joyful smile. My prayers and sympathies to his friends and family.

What a shock to hear of Gary's passing. I have so many fond memories. I am very thankful to have known him. His personality certainly did fill a room! I will never forget his sense of humor, the way he went directly to the fridge when he came to the house, and the way he made people feel special.

Gary was certainly fun to be with, especially at the lake. Lots of laughs. Saw Gary last at our 50th class reunion but spoke many times after on the phone. Gary had a great sense of humor. He will remain in my thoughts forever
