Lee Royster Obituary

HAMPTON - Lee Alton Royster, 67, was called home on June 24, 2004. He was born in Hampton, Va., and educated in the Williamsburg Public School System. He continued his education by attending Florida A&M University and received his Master's degree from Kansas State Teachers College. He was preceded in death by his father, Pernell Royster. He is survived by his loving mother, Mrs. Lucille Osborne; two sons, Lee Alton Royster Jr. (Gwen) and Alton Charles Royster; two daughters, Conchita Royster and Crystal Royster; five grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted at noon Thursday, July 1, at Colossian Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the church by 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Viewing will be from noon to 6 p.m. today at Ronald C. Perkins Funeral Home.
