I bless God for Denise. She changed the atmosphere every time she walked into a room. Her smile, wit and laughter was extremely contagious. Rejoice knowing she's home. Although we say gone too soon, she's saying free at last. It's just so hard to say goodbye to yesterday...

To the Coleman Family and especially Eli: I was sad to hear the news. But I have to say I am so happy and lucky to have known Denise as a friend and a colleague at Widener University and Harcum College. Denise was an excellent teacher who cared for her students and did all she could to help them learn. I know Denise will be watching over her loved ones and especially her son who she loved so much! Thinking and praying for all of you during this time. Someone recently told me "those who teach others shine like stars forever." I know Denise will be shining forever.

Dear Coleman Family,
My deepest sympathy and earnest prayers are with you. Denise exploded on my world with her effervescence and her unique outlook on life. I am truly the better for having had her in my life. She was a good friend and co worker. We talked, shared first days of school for our kids (She followed that good school bus all the way to BVM your fist day on it E!!!) and 3pm snacks at work with Team 1 (We LOVED to eat!!!) we laughed, we cried, and checked in on each other on Thanksgiving drives up to New England. I will truly miss Denise. E, you were and are your Mom's one true Joy. I am praying for you sweet boy.
