Mr. Kieninger did a family name crest back in 1991. It is still above our hearth. We tell visitors about the gentle man who so beautifully carved it. Everyone loves it. What an artist. I feel sure he is missed by many. Sorry for your loss.

ed Ludwig to carve a statue of St. Francis' It is now in the hall of our church. We love it!

I grew up in Muenster, TX and my Dad, Ray Voth was a Soil Conservation winner in the 1960s. He received a wood carving done by Ludwig Kieninger. The carving is still on display in my parents home.
