Charles Duffy Obituary

Charles Duffy Charles Duffy died November 2, 2005 from cancer. Charles was born in Riceville, IA to James and Helen Duffy on Sept. 15, 1948. The family moved to California in 1956 and Charles attended schools in Concord, graduating from Clayton Valley High School. He attended Diablo Valley College and Chico State University. After college he lived and worked many years in San Francisco in high-rise buildings. He loved camping and nature. Survivors are his mother, Helen, and four brothers, Brian, James, Thomas and Kevin. There will be a private service later.

I know that your life on earth is over, along with the pain. Now your life in Heaven, will be to send Love and strength, to the rest of us you have said, goodbye

I knew Chuck from High School and was sorry to hear of his passing. It seems friends you make when your young always seem close. Though I hadn't seen Chuck for many years he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers for family and friends.
