Mary Pedder Obituary
Friends and family may gather in celebration of Mary's life from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday (February 28) at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Funeral, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY 14527.
She was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge, and VFW of Penn Yan. She had been employed as a cleaning lady for Michael Sterns in Penn Yan in the '70's and was a great fan of the SF 49er's. Mary was a great wife, mother, and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family, friends and her dog, Muffy.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Hicks of Penn Yan; and her sons, James Pedder of Penn Yan and Michael Pedder of Albany, Oregon; daughter-in-law, Lucy Pedder; and son-in-law, Edward Hicks both of Penn Yan; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mary was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Harold Pedder; and her sons, Harold D. Pedder and Kelly G. Pedder.
