Nair Guill Obituary
Mrs. Guill was born in Goshen, California to Manoel Rocha Simoes and Teresa Mancebo Simoes, who were originally from the island of Terceira, Azores Islands, Portugal. Both parents and her younger sister, Theresa Simoes, have pre-deceased her. Having lived in the Azores, Japan, and many areas of the U.S. over her lifetime, she and her husband, James Harold Guill, an aerospace industry executive, retired to Tulare, California until his demise on February 3, 2004.
It is anticipated that a public memorial service will be offered for both James and Nair Guill at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Visalia in March 2013. The date and details will be published at a future time.
