DONNA L. BONOMO

Donna Bonomo, 77, formerly of Manchester, CT died on January 19, 2020 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home in Atlanta, GA of cancer. Donna was born in Hartford, CT to Donald and Helen Bowman on October 8, 1942. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1960, and in 1967 married Pat Bonomo. In 1995 she moved to Arizona where she lived and worked until reluctantly retiring in 2010 to Atlanta, GA to be a full-time Grandma. Donna follows her husband, Pat Bonomo (1973), her parents, Donald and Helen Bowman (1991, 1999), her sister, Bonnie Kelly (2001) and most recently by sister-in-law Annette Bowman (2019), and cousin, Evelyn Feder (January 3, 2020) who, like Donna, successfully fought breast cancer for over 20 years. Donna is remembered by her daughters, Lee Ann Bonomo of Atlanta, GA and Amanda Brown of Cambridge, MA; her sister, Carol Murphy of Mt. Dora, FL, her brother, Gregory Bowman of Hyannis, NE, and three grandchildren: Thalia, Josephine, and Jack. She also leaves behind nieces, cousins, friends, and others whose lives she touched.
