To the Poder family,
To do this is quite painful, as the memories that I have are so many. I thank you for including me in your family, for he was like a second father to me. All those years growing up with Billy and Kathy, the countless parties, and the happy times. They will stay with me forever.
I'm glad we were there. Just remember to take it one day at a time, as we all will, and let time take away your sadness.

I just wanted to express my thoughts and prayers to your family. my daughter Deanna worked with Bill and talked about him often and what a good friend he had become. I met bill when I was visiting my daughter this past summer. I just remember that big smile of his. I send my deepest sympathy and know Bill is in god's hands. Margaret Bluske

Pat and Kathy

With the strong presence of love brings the strong presence of emotions at these times of loss. Grief and sorrow is a strong emotion to deal with. Bill is with the Lord now. Its hard to accept the loss of not having his company everyday but his new home is far better. Rejoice in him being in the comforting arms of the Lord and that we will join him one day in paradise where our suffering as well will be no more.

Bill is not gone, only under the closer protection and care of the Lord.

It has been my pleasure and good cheer to know Bill and be welcomed in your home. My thoughts and prayers will be upon you during these difficult times.

I will fondly remember the days of Bill and Joe cracking jokes at one another at work while working also Bill saying as Rockey came to work "Rockey's here everything is okay". Bill was the nicesest, sweetest man I'd ever met; I love him like family and will never forget him. God Bless you Pat and your family in this time of grief.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

May Bill rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. I cut Bill's hair for many, many years. To me he was not a customer, but a very good friend. God will have a very special place for him. Rene

Pat & Family -
I was so sorry to learn about Bill. Your family was one of the first we met when we moved to Miami, and there are many fond memories throughout the years. The road ahead will not be an easy one, but hopefully the thoughts and love of your family and friends, along with your faith will be of comfort to you.

Farewell to our dear friend Bill. We will miss this kind and special person, a good U. S. veteran and neighbor. Now Bill is with God in his heavenly home.
May the Lord Jesus love and comfort his wife Pat and family as they remember many years of happiness they shared with Bill.
Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Sending love and prayers, your neighbor, Jean Catsakis

Bill will be missed, not only as a friend and neighbor at Sorrento Inlet and at Publix but also for his dedicated service for years at Eastern Airlines in Miami. For decades I had been changing Eastern flights at Miami Intl Airport on my way to and from missions in Latin America and I never had a piece of luggage lost or misplaced. Bill's taking care of luggage there must have had something to do with this good record.
