Kevin Wustmann Obituary

Wustmann, Kevin P. Of Mukwonago, passed away peacefully in his home on Feb 19, 2012, surrounded by his family and friends. Kevin faced his nearly year-long battle with lung cancer with strength, courage, perseverance and of course, his sense of humor. All admire his steadfast love and endurance to the end. We are so joyful that Kevin is at peace without pain and is enjoying his first days off in thirty-four years. Kevin is survived by his loving wife Deb Wustmann (nee Anich) of 25 years. Loving dad of Jenny and Brian Wustmann. Son of Alfred and the late Hazel Wustmann. Brother of Darlene (Mitchell) Considine and Sharon (David) Haessig. Brother-in-law of Margaret Anich and Louie (Karla) Anich. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Louis and Jane Anich, a great-nephew Jackson and a great-niece Hope. Kevin jokingly referred to himself as the largest farm machinery dealer in Waukesha County. His customers became his friends. Kevin loved his community and enjoyed helping out with whatever activity was going on. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, Feb 23 at 7:00 PM at St. James Catholic Church (830 County Rd NN East, Mukwonago). The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the church, and also immediately following the funeral, the family will greet friends over at the American Legion Hall to share in a meal and further fellowship. Private family burial will be held at Oak Knoll Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, an educational fund will be established for Kevin's children or a memorial can be given to a charity of your choice. The Wustmann family would like to thank you for your love, support, and prayers during this difficult time. Also, they would like to thank Dr. Paul LeMarbre and his medical staff for their compassionate care they provided to Kevin and his family.

We were shocked by the news of Kevin's passing. We will miss him very much. After we bought our farm 25 years ago, we had gotten to know him through his auctions. We bought much of our equipment through him. Kevin was always there for us despite his busy schedule. He also showed us the ropes on how to do an auction. It was always a pleasure to talk with him. He made a noticeable difference in our lives.

Kevin, we will never forget you. You were truly a very good person.
