Carol Oelstrom Obituary

Oelstrom, Carol Ann (Nee Popinski) Entered into God's loving arms on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, age 72. Loving Wife of Dave for 47 years. Proud Mom of Lori (Mark) Wildeman, Scott (Lisa) and Mark (Laura). Doting Grammy of Caleb, Abby, Natalie and Maddie. She was loved by many other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home (TODAY) Sunday, April 21, 2:00 - 6:00 PM. Additional visitation at ELMBROOK CHURCH, 777 South Barker Road, on Monday, 9:00-10:00 AM. Celebration of Carol's life at 10:00 AM. Burial Highland Memorial Park to follow. A special thank you to the oncology nurses, infusion nurses, Dr. Robert Taylor and his staff. Dr. Robert Taylor gave her outstanding care and allowed her to live her life to the fullest. Pastor Doug Schoen's friendship and ministry partnership with Carol was something that she treasured.

My son had Carol as a teacher's aide at Wisconsin Hills School in Brookfield in the 1980's. Rest in peace!!! She always care about the students she helped.
