Patty Helms Obituary
Maynardville - Patty Ann (Ward) Helms - age 61 of Maynardville born June 7, 1959, passed away on February 9, 2021 at University of Tennessee Hospital after a short illness. She was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Andersonville. She loved visiting and talking with family and her friends and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mamie Ward; siblings, David Wilkerson, Goldie Faye Ward and Linda Gail Rollins. Patty is survived by sons, Lewis Helms and Marvin (Sarah) Helms; sisters, Katie Carpenter, Maxine Brewer and Kathy Weaver; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Family and friends will meet at Trinity Funeral Home, Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and go in procession to Bethany Cemetery on Raccoon Valley Road for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service with Reverend Allen Giles officiating. Serving as pallbearers; Marvin Helms, Ethan Mike, T. K. Dyer, Timothy Cox, Keith Lane and Jamie Moore. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Funeral Home.
