Boyce, VA - Claude Hopkins Reasor, age 94 of Boyce, VA (formerly of Kodak, TN) passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021.

Claude was of the Baptist faith. He was a former part owner and operator of Dottie's Bean Kettle and Alberti's Restaurant in Pigeon Forge. He enjoyed fishing, shooting at the gun range and watching old western movies.

He is preceded in death by his parents Tate H. and Callie Mae Reasor, wife Dorothy Reasor, brother Clarence Reasor and wife Helen, mother-in-law and father-in-law Hazel and Joe Alberti, sister-in-law Bobbie Smalley and husband Al, brother-in-law Kenneth Hazelwood, and son-in-law Carroll Channing.

He is survived by his son Ron Reasor (Penny), daughters Peggy Davis (Nathan), Carol Gibson (Eddie), Jodi Carroll (significant Terry Miller). In addition, he is survived by his grandchildren Scott Reasor, Kim McAllister, Kelly Goolsby, Candace Morton, Ashley Thompson, Cody Gibson, Chelsea Shillingburg and Cassie Seargent, as well as fourteen great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.

Although there will not be a receiving line, friends may pay their respects from 12 noon - 5 PM Thursday, April 1st at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Per county mandate and COVID guidelines face coverings will be required and social distancing will be observed. Family and friends will meet 2 PM Friday, April 2nd in Knob Creek Cemetery for graveside service and interment. Brother Tylor Cates will officiate.
