I first met Mike when he taught my HTML class in 2001. I worked with him on numerous projects over the years. He was always great to work with and always had his eye on how to help students succeed. What a truly great person and he will be missed by many.

Mike brought such enthusiasm to every interaction I had with him at Dunwoody. He also had something he wanted to show me or an observation about some interest we had in common, especially photography and technology. I also know that he was always concerned about how to help students succeed. That devotion is a wonderful legacy to leave behind even thought it came much, much too soon.

I will miss Mike, and, indeed, have felt the presence of his absence these past months as he has fought the good fight and want to express my condolences to his close friends and family.

Mike and I worked together to help students on a daily basis once he became Director of Arts & Sciences and later Dean of Arts & Sciences. He always wanted what was best for the student and was fair. I have missed him during his time away from Dunwoody and will miss him always as he was a GREAT part of Dunwoody! My sympathy to his family and friends for your loss!

Mike, I will miss you so much. Always positive, excited to work together on new ideas, and above all, always looking for better ways to serve our Dunwoody students. Mike was a bright spot in my day, and I will miss him as a colleague and a friend. Rest in peace.

Mike was my instructor. Before he was that, he was a role model to me. He gave me insight on everything from life to websites. One of his passions was photography. In our many sit downs, Mike showed how he used his passion to capture some of the most naturally beautiful moments in life. Mike was a GOOD man always ready with a smile and a hello. The lives he touched will forever miss him.

Mike was my supervisor and co-worker at Dunwoody and in the short time I worked with him directly I saw his passion for life, for improving our systems and engaging us all in our jobs. He will be missed and his drive and spirit will be hard to replace. Many condolences to his family and friends in this hard time.
