Devoted husband of Shirley Jacobs. Adored Father of Rhonda and Chris (Patricia) Jacobs. Cherished papa to Jamison, Mason and Avery. Loving Son in law of Emma Lindsay. Dear brother of Elaine Wingate (Mac) and Morris Jacobs (Nancy). Clifton leaves numerous nieces, nephews, Sister in laws, Brother in laws and friends.
Quiet Hour Wednesday April 16th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Willow Glen Funeral Home 1039 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, Funeral Services Thursday April 17th, 2014 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church 467 N. White Rd. San Jose, Ca Viewing to begin at 10:00 AM with services at 11:00am. Interment: Oak Hill Memorial Park.

There are just too many wonderful memories to count. Big Daddy, (Jake) was always a wonderfully positive person, who never failed to make anyone and everyone he encountered feel comfortable and welcome in his presence. He offered love and friendship to all. He was truly one of God's angels here on earth and will be forever remembered for his loving and kind nature.

Hi,Shirley(Mrs. Jacobs and family.)
When I first bumped into Clif (Mr.Jacobs) it was on a odd looking football field at Galileo High School? I was a fresh/skinny Cross Country runner. He through me to the ground!(Smile) He was a great Athlete to be respected. I only wish I received word of the funeral in due time? I will try to attend, but if not please except my sincere sympathy and may the God's grace be with you and your family.
