Shirley Phyllis Storks, a resident of Fraser since 1957, died peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family Friday morning in Mt.Clemens Regional Medical Center. She was 71 years of age.

Shirley was born in Elkton, South Dakota on October 6, 1935, a daughter of Evelyn and the late Freddy Russie. Shirley was united in marriage to Robert E. Shirley,
This is not the end, but the beginning of a beautiful, wonderful life. Just a brief memory: We were at Jeff Good's wedding and were hugging each other on our way out and you exclaimed: "Aunt Maggie, we have the most beautiful family in the world!" I know how much you loved your family and how much they loved you. We will miss you.
With love and prayers,
Aunt Maggie Rusie
