Patrick Cook Obituary

Patrick Cook, age 79, passed away on December 20,2012. Mr. Cook was a retired Assistant Vice President at Huntington Bank. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served as cryptographer in the Army's Security Agency. Mr. Cook served on the Board of Directors of the following: Macomb County Veterans Trust Fund Board, Michigan Eye Bank, Penrickton Center for Blind Children and St. John Senior Services -Father Murray Center. He was also an active member of the following organizations: Veterans of Foreign Wars, Amvets, American Legion, Lions Club, Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Selfridge Air National Guard Base Community Council. Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Dear father of Linda, Kevin, and Brian Cook. Also survived by three brothers, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one brother. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 26, from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday, December 27, from 2-9 p.m. at the Ford Funeral Home, 26560 Van Dyke Avenue, Center Line. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 28, 10 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church,Fraser. Interment will follow at St. Peter Cemetery, Mount Clemens. Memorials may be made to the Michigan Eye Bank.
