My husband and I didn't know Briana personally, only as neighbors speaking in day to day comings and goings. She was sweet and polite. Her passing has saddened us, to her family we wish you peace and comfort.

I met Briana through pokemon go. I was walking around downtown one day playing and she came up to me and we started playing together. We talked about pokemon cards and trading and became friends through the game. She was so sweet to me and I will never forget that.

I loved Briana the moment i saw her,One of the prettiest babies I ever had seen. She was beautiful and funny as a little girl. She loved cats and was so good with them and loved Pokemon from the first time she got her first cards. I know she is now at peace! Ill never forget her sweet smile and through this all I hope we all learn to cherish everyday with our loved ones and never take them for granted because we don't always know what they are going through.
Dixie and Jon and Craig and Penny ,And everyone who loved Briana, You are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Toni and Carl Hill

Although we never met, I spoke with her on numerous occasions. She contacted me for an interview as the next AmeriCorps VISTA for the United Way of Central GA Economic Mobility Project. She was a help to me. I will keep your family in my prayers and as someone who has worked for Crisis Line & Safe House of Central GA (domestic violence & sexual assault) I will donate in Briana's honor.

Briana was an amazing person and such an awesome friend. She is one of the top ten most influential people in my life. Ever since we met freshman year at Mercer we shared a great connection over being a little socially awkward. We shared so many great memories! Every time I visit our alma mater, I still remember us running laps around Mercers campus, exchanging out of breath jokes all the way. Suddenly, one of my oldest friends is gone. I understand her struggles though. We talked deeply about it, and I offered the best council I could. Unfortunately, we had drifted in recent years, as college friends often do. I think if theres anything to take away from this tragedy, its dont wait. Dont wait until a reasonable hour to send that message, dont wait until you bump into someone to catch up, dont wait until it wont be awkward. Our first interaction was so perfectly awkward. I do not know why I kept waiting for some opportune moment to catch up. And I dont hold up any ideas about being able to change what someone wants to do; I just wish I could have talked to my friend one more time.
