Seymour Litwin Obituary
Bridgewater - Bridgewater - Seymour Litwin, 82, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 5, 2018. Seymour was born in Morristown, NJ to the late Aaron and Esther Litwin, and was raised in Meyersville before moving to Bridgewater in 1972. He was a Korean War Veteran serving in the Army. Upon his return from the military, Seymour began his career in real estate. He spent a good part of his lifetime building Pioneer Real Estate which was one of the most respected firms in Somerset County. In 2001 he became a Partner in Berkshire Hathaway Home Services NJ Properties. He spent every day doing all he could to improve upon the Company and supporting the sales professionals who worked for the Company. An avid NY Yankees fan, he will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Seymour leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of over 56 years, Nancy Litwin; children, Wayne Litwin and his wife, Lynne and Shari Litwin; grandchildren, Emily and Adam Litwin and siblings, Benjamin Litwin and his wife Charlotte; sister Charlotte Lorberbaum, and Brother-in-law Alfred (Mike) Wertheim.
Visiting hours will be held from 4 to 8pm on Tuesday, October 9, at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held 11am, Wednesday, October 10, 2018 followed by burial at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Woodbridge.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Sunshine Kids Foundation (an organization focused on Kids with Cancer) Contributions can be sent to: SSK Foundation c/o BHHSNJ, 220 Davidson Avenue, Somerset, NJ 08873 Attention: Steve Janett.

I remember Seymour [and Nancy] and the many years we served together at the same Real Estate Co. even though they had different names. Trusting Seymour is with his Savior in that place called Paradise. We wait there for Christ's return after our day here on earth is over. Joe and Flo Smerdon.
