Dad, I used to think the greatest gifts you imparted to us were art and music. Some of us filled the house with the sounds of improvisational piano and guitar as well as flute and a garage band or two during our teenage years. Others spent hours in arts and crafts projects from simple sketches and crayoned greeting cards to macramé projects and oil paint-by-numbers. With art and music we learned we could bear anything life throws our way. Through the stories of your life and by examples you set you gave us all the gifts of hard work, faith, service and loyalty to one’s flesh and blood and country and taught us to be proud of our family name. It’s hard to say which gifts are the greatest, but I thank you for them all.

Merry Christmas, I love you and I will drive safe till I see you in Heaven.

Thank you everyone who reached out us during this time of loss. Your prayers, visits, phone calls and emails were precious to us. Thank you also to all who were able to be with us for the viewings and/or funeral service. While we will miss dad, we know he is waiting for us in the Father's presence. That reality brings us much consolation.

Dad,
I am so grateful for the life we shared and for these last years and these last weeks.
I remember that you were always teaching me through work, through life and through everyday experiences. There was still another lesson to be learned. That of facing death with courage, dignity and trust in God.
You endured heroically and were an inspiration to all who witnessed your last week with us.
I look forward to seeing you again.
Love,
Your son,
Peter

Dear Phyllis and Family,

I never had the privilege to meet Sal in person so I can only catch a glimpse of what a husband, father and citizen he was through the account of his life. Just that alone was a powerful testimony. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in your loss and may the "peace of God which surpasses all understanding" be with you.

Our Deepest condolences. Only a few times in ones life, do you meet a kind, gentle and loving soul like Touti's. He took the time to enjoy the moment and smell the roses. He looked you in the eye and you knew he cared, whatever the subject was. What a life - one to be celebrated!

He will be missed by all. Michael and Jacob Tripp

We lived apart for many years, but I loved him dearly. My uncle was the best there ever was. His death brings tears to my eyes and losing both my husband and my brother this year is too much for me to bare. May God grant him peace for now he no longer suffering. I will never forget him. My heart goes out to my godmother, Aunt Phyllis.
Love,

In remembrance of my Great Uncle Tutti who I have many fond family memories of. Many family get togethers and family reunions listening to all my great uncles, uncles, aunts and cousins singing together and just having a good time. He always made us feel welcome and special in his home. Say hi to my Nana for me and tell her I miss her everyday of my life. I know your there in heaven with her now and I will miss you just as much as I miss her.

An icon of my childhood has been gloriously rewarded at heaven's gates. I am in deep mourning at his passing.Celebrating Christmas just won't be the same, thinking of my Aunt and cousins during this time.He loved us all and we knew it.When Tom
and I came up for our son Jason's christening, Uncle Tutti brought out the 30 year old brandy in celebration of his brother's first grandson, something I'll never forget. What a party, singing and joyous family. He always made a point of visiting if he knew we were there. My love again to all my family at his time of mournng and celebration of a life well lived. Salute Uncle Tutti. I toast you in the name of Jesus.
