So sad to discover the passing of my wonderful teacher and mentor, Abe Tannenbaum. As my doctoral advisor at Teachers College, Abe truly prepared me for a life and career in academia. He prepared his students with far more than "content". He prepared them to observe, analyze, ask questions...and think through problems. I am retired myself now and treasure my memories of working alongside this gifted and generous man.

Our sincerest condolences to Annette,Alisa, Nina and Moshe and the whole Tennenbaum family upon the loss of Abe Tannenbaum. He was a very warm and loving human being who was a constant source of joy and happiness, knowledge and learning for so many people.We pray that Hashem watch over you and that you be spared from all future grief and be blessed with only good things in the future.
