Tracey and Jodi, How so very sorry to hear of your fathers' passing. As your fathers cousin, we shared many childhood memories. As we live in Florida, sadly, we will not be able to attend the memorial service.--- Please, always find comfort and dwell on the love and joy that you have all shared. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family through this difficult time, and may God grant you his peace which, as we know, surpasses all human understanding.' All our love, Lois & Glen McAlpine (Lake Suzy, FL)

To The Weiler Family,
I was a childhood friend of Alan's. We spent many hours in Castator Park playing volleyball, baseball and learning about friendship and Life. They say you can learn everything you need to know about getting along with people in the "sandbox". Castator Park for many of us was our "sandbox". The Weiler brothers were all around good guys. I am so glad that he had such a wonderful life with all of youprayers for comfort for you in the coming days.

My condolences to Alan's family. Alan was a childhood friend, and we shared many memories as we grew up at Castator Park in Detroit. He and brother Rich were fixtures in our neighborhood, and were good friends to me. I'm a better person for those associations.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of your father when I would return home with you Tracy, from FSU on break. Your father was always welcoming and kind, although strong and intimidating at the same time so I had a great deal of respect for him. I remember him helping me with my Halloween costume one year, I was a soldier and he was very serious about my costume looking proper and respectable! Clearly a man of honor & dignity. My thoughts and prayers are with your family & friends.
