Alice Lewis Obituary
LAGRANGE
Alice Faye Lewis, age 75, passed away on Jan. 6, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Addie (Poe) Cummins.
She is survived by her son, Troy Grobmeier (Becky); her daughter, Tracy VanHooser; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Spivey (Jay) and Deanne Osbourne (Damon); 19 grandchildren, Lauren, Wade, Kelsey, Dalton, Kaylee, Max, Jake, Katie, Addie, Emmy, Michael, Katelynn, Rebecca, Ryan, Destiny, Megan, Khloee, Lynn and Taylor; and 22 great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.
A memorial gathering will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services in La Grange on Jan. 18, from 1-4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org/) or the Oldham County Humane Society (https://www.humanesocietyoldhamcounty.com/).
