Bernard Vercoglio Obituary
Jack was born April 1, 1931, in Pittsburg, KS. He served in the Air Force. He received his Bachelor's degree from KU. He was an avid bridge player, skier, and tennis player, as well as a thoughtful and generous friend to many.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents Barney & Emily Vercoglio, and sisters Beverly Gilliland & Colleen Ryan. He is survived by his companion Caroline Sanders, and nieces and nephews.

I am Jack's cousin Georgiana. I live in Indiana. I'm sorry that I didn't know Jack well. I do remember meeting him when I was about five. He gave me a stuffed dog that wiggled his tail and head. I still have it. In our time, with he living in Kansas and my family living in Indiana, transportation was always an issue. I am sorry that we didn't get to know each other better. My condolences to all who knew and loved him.

Caroline We were so sad to learn of yourloss of Jack. We did so enjoy talking with him at SPARK and Great Decisions. There was always a twinkle in his eye as we shared our thoughts about Western Civilization and at the Decisons discussions. We will miss him dearly.Jay and Jodi Upright
