Billy Wayne Ketcham, 90, of Rienzi, went to rest in his eternal home on Monday, July 14, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. Mr. Ketham was born November 6, 1934 to the late Johnnie and Willie Mae Morton Ketcham.
Billy was a retired factory worker from Tyrone Hydraulics in Corinth. Mr. Ketcham served his country in the United States Army. Billy spent most of his life in the Biggersville community where he was an avid Biggersville sports supporter. Billy could repair or fix most anything but his passion was restoring old cars of all kinds. He will forever be missed be his community and friends.
Mr. Ketcham was welcomed home by his parents; first wife, Bettie Phillips Ketcham; second wife, Florene Ketcham; sister, Jean Ketcham; and a brother, J.D. Ketcham.
Mr. Ketcham leaves behind his legacy; nieces, Paula Blackmon Moore, Johnnie Ketcham Sanders, and Beth Brawner Prater; nephews Randy Blackmon, Roger Blackwell, and Kyle Bounds; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
There is a Celebration of Life Service scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2025 at McPeters Funeral Directors in Corinth, Mississippi beginning at 1 p.m. with Ray Hall officiating. The family will accept friends beginning at 11 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Biggersville High School.
