Bruce KUEMMEL Obituary
Bruce P. Kuemmel, Sr., 79, of Austin, Texas, passed away November 3, 2016.
He was born in Bexar County, San Antonio, Texas on May 29, 1937. Bruce graduated from Jefferson High School in San Antonio, Texas and received his Bachelor's degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and received his Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
He was married to Roblin Langston on December 24, 1979 until her passing on October 14, 2014. Bruce retired from the Texas State Teachers Association. He also worked as a real estate investor and was the owner of The Software Place Plus. He was a member of Northwest Hills United Methodist Church and had a passion for golf and UT football.
He is survived by his son Bruce P. Kuemmel, Jr.; his grandchildren Sara Hildebrandt, Robin Kuemmel, and Phillip Kuemmel III; his great grandchildren Andrew Gentile, Kinsley Hildebrandt, and Brooklyn Hildebrandt, and by his first wife and dear friend, Collette Kuemmel.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:00 a.m., November 9, 2016, at Cook-Walden Funeral Home.
