On behalf of the Charity Family and extended family and friends, we are really saddened by the loss of our beloved Chuck. He was a strong contributor to our scholarship fund and helped a whole lot with the genealogy of the family. On top of that, he was a great friend to all of us, especially to me and Gloria Harver.
