To the family
Christopher was a great friend to me at CFCC not only to encourage me not to give up on my dreams of what I need to finish, but someone I can look up to for a big brother and I also wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers as the days and nights come and go. Remember God is always watching over you with loving arms and sheltering you under his wings.

To the Family and Friends of Chris
There are simply no words to express the sadness our family is feeling for you all now. I am Sharon Beatty, Landon Beatty is my son and he and Chris were very good friends all through school. We are just in shock..
There have been many young men come into my home but I want you as his parents to know that he was just simply the best. The most well liked, well rounded, polite, precious young man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and we will miss him awful.

Chris how to say goodbye. Thank you for being here and being a part of our life, we are forever a better family because of your presence. You lite up a room with your smile and your always way of making people happy. You simply were the best.
Laura I know you are broken in half right now, Chris loved you so very much, please lean on Christ over the next few days/weeks/months and allow him to guide you and make you strong.

We are thinking of all of you and wishing your heart heals soon.

Cliff and family

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Chris' death. Although I did not know him, I can see that he came from a large family. I pray that each of you will rest in the arms of our savior, Jesus Christ, in this time of grief ... and trust that He has already received and healed Chris. Try to share your memories of Chris with each other ... it can be a healing time for your family and will keep your memories of him alive.

Sincerely

Kym there is no bond is as great as that between a parent and child, as you know. Our hearts are filled with grief & we pray that time will help to relieve some of the pain. My grand daughter, Lara, loved him so much. He spent time with our family during the holidays & he was at Melanie's for other get togethers. He was a fine young man & we too will miss him.

My deepest sympathy in your loss of Chris. I only knew Chris from Golds Gym in Wilmington. What a great guy. He always came up and talked to me about Carolina basketball. He also talked about the guard and his upcoming deployment. He was a great and happy kid who always had a smile on his face and he will be missed by many in Wilmington.

I know he was proud of his country and was always motivated. Chris was "clown" always had a smile on and always made everyone smile and it didnt matter who it was. He will be deeply missed.

I am truly sorry to hear of your loss. The best encouragement we can receive during times like this is to look to God and trust in him to help us endure these trials. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God" 2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4.

Dearest Kym and family,
We were so very sorry to hear of Christopher's passing. It never seems fair that one so young and full of life is taken from us in an instant. It just doesn't seem the natural order of things. We just have to trust that God in his loving grace and mercy knew best. This part of your extended family loves you so very much and will certainly lift you, Kristen, Bailey, Sydney, and Dylan and the rest of your family up in prayer that God will give you all comfort and peace and the strength you will need to get through this. If there is anything we can do for you please do not hesitate to let us know. ( [email protected] )
