Dear Aunt Ruth and Family,

I was so sorry to hear about your loss. What a great man Uncle Chris was. He always made my family feel so welcome and he had such a great sense of humor. I hope you all can find some peace in the wonderful memories you must have. I sure wish we could have been out to visit more often then we did. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We love your whole family, Ruth Ann & David Chow

When I first started working at BCBS they had a loud speaker system that requested Chris Columbus call .... I thought it was some kind of alert that only a few people knew. When I finally met him and got to know him, I found a warm person who always had a kind word for everyone, no matter what station/position, they held in life or at BCBS. His memory lives on. I am sorry for your loss but know he is in good hands.
