My heartfelt condolences to the Fitzgibbons' family. I have many memories of David from growing up in Ely Park, to going to his high school football games, and a road trip to yankee stadium in a VW bug with our dads to name just a few. David had a way of touching people's hearts that made him such a very special person, and a great friend, you will be missed

You can truely tell by looking at pics how well loved David was and how he loved life. His smile and concern for others will always be missed. One thing I personally loved about David was he always had a minute just to stop by and say hi no matter how busy he was and if he thought you were having a bad he made sure he stopped back by to at least listen. I know God had better plans for David and Davids smile will light up the sky a lot more than ever. David will surely be missed and prayers goes out to his family and even though words can never express the loss please know that when one is loved as much as David was he will never be forgotten. DP

Dave was a fine fellow. I first came to know him when he was my supervisor at Fujifilm in Greenwood. I learned a lot from him and he challenged me ever day. Those challenges helped me grow into a supervisor which ultimately led me to the manager position that I hold today. He was one of the smartest men I have ever known. Rest easy my friend! Much love and prayers for your family during this difficult time.

TC, Liz, Catherine, Kathy and all of David's family and friends:

One of the best brother-in-law's any woman could have, that was David. My Irish song belting big guy, his smile, his humor, his ways of driving me crazy with his logistical thinking I am, along with the rest of you going to genuinely miss this gentle giant. Much love, strength and faith to assist you all during this very sad time. Love you all.
