Debra Ann Kemp
57, of Noblesville, passed away on February 8, 2015. Debra is survived by her loving husband, William Jr.; her children, David (Melissa) Kemp and Melissa Flanagin; her grandchildren, Victoria and CJ Flanagin; her mother, Nancy Alexich and her brother, Steven (Nancy) Alexich. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Alexich. Because Debra was a celebrated author, her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Debra's name, to the Noblesville Public Library. A celebration of Debra's life will be held at a later date. Condolences may be offered at:
