Domenico Marigliano Obituary
He was born July 11, 1929 in Naples, Italy and came to the United States in 1955.
Domenico was a hairdresser in New York and then worked for General Electric in Plainville for 21 years retiring in 1991. He was an avid gardener and traveled extensively with his wife.
He is survived by his niece, Jeanne Pedroncelli and her husband Ronald of Southington; a nephew Ralph Marigliano of NY; two great-nephews, Paul Pedroncelli and girlfriend Tammy Foular of Glastonbury and Raymond Pedroncelli and his wife Dawn of Southington; a great-niece, Tara Pedroncelli of Chicago. He also leaves a great-great-nephew Gavin and a great-great-niece Alexis. He was predeceased by one brother and four sisters.
His funeral will be held on Monday, September 13th at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington to St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd., Southington for a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday from 4-7 p.m.
For the safety of everyone, our staff will be wearing masks and we encourage attendees to do the same. Masks are mandatory for unvaccinated guests.
